A Call for Nominations goes out in January, based on the number of open seats. This form is submitted to the Association Executive, along with a photo and bio of the candidate. Elections take place in February of each year via electronic ballot. Election results are announced in March. The new Board of Directors is installed at the June General Membership / Board Meeting.
