The SLAA Leadership Lyceum is a premier leadership development program designed to identify, cultivate, and empower high-caliber multifamily professionals who are committed to advancing the mission and strategic objectives of the Saint Louis Apartment Association and the rental housing industry.

This immersive and collaborative experience equips emerging and established volunteer leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to lead effectively, advocate for the industry, build meaningful professional relationships, and further their careers in multifamily housing.

Through interactive sessions, leadership development exercises, industry discussions, and access to accomplished speakers and mentors, participants will gain valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing our industry. The program encourages thoughtful leadership, strategic thinking, and active engagement while fostering a deeper understanding of SLAA's role as the voice of multifamily housing in the St. Louis region.

Leadership Lyceum participants will graduate with an expanded professional network, enhanced leadership capabilities, and a stronger connection to the Association and its future direction.

Because meaningful leadership development requires engagement and collaboration, participation is limited to just 15 individuals each year. Selection into the Leadership Lyceum is a distinguished honor and reflects SLAA's confidence in the participant's potential to make a lasting impact on both the Association and the multifamily industry.
