NAA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awareness Week
The fourth annual NAA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Awareness Week is back with 5-full days of learning to help you become a DE&I advocate and policy leader in the workplace and your community. Building on last year’s lessons of taming toxicity at work, properly supporting DE&I Leaders, expanding your market share through accessibility, an affiliate DE&I framework and fostering diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging with storytelling, you’ll learn about troubleshooting the work/life balance for executive caregivers, busting performative DE&I, overcoming impostor syndrome, connecting DE&I and mental health and maintaining an open and respectful dialogue about DE&I in the workplace. Each day, you’ll be guided by experts through online sessions that tie into the other lessons of the week, while also learning communication strategies from other rental housing professionals.
