Realtor Grant for Individuals Impacted by May 16th Tornado

The Saint Louis Apartment Association is sharing the information below on behalf of the St. Louis Realtors and the Missouri Realtors Relief Foundation. The Missouri Realtors Relief Foundation is offering $250,000 in Housing Assistance to Missourians impacted by the May 16th tornado.

In collaboration with the National Association of REALTORS® Relief Foundation, the Missouri REALTORS® Relief Foundation (MRRF) is offering $250,000 in housing assistance to Missourians impacted by the disaster. This grant program was established to assist individuals whose homes were damaged or who were displaced due to this severe weather event.

Grant Details:
Eligible applicants may apply for one of the following:

  • One month’s mortgage expense for a primary residence damaged by the disaster.
  • Temporary rental cost due to displacement from a damaged primary residence.
  • Reimbursement of hotel expenses due to displacement from a damaged primary residence.

Grants are limited to a maximum of $1,000 per householdThe application deadline is July 31, 2025. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and all grants are contingent on the availability of funds. Click here to access the application and full details.

Please note that this program covers housing-related expenses only. Other costs are not eligible for reimbursement.
