Join SLAA for Risk Management for Multifamily - Presented by Charisse Earhart

SLAA News,

Please join SLAA for an in-person Risk Management Seminar with National Speaker, Charisse Earhart.

Risk management is the process of identifying, assessing and controlling threats to an organization's capital and earnings. These risks stem from a variety of sources including financial uncertainties, legal liabilities, technology issues, strategic management errors, accidents and natural disasters.

A successful risk management program helps an organization consider the full range of risks it faces. Risk management also examines the relationship between risks and the cascading impact they could have on an organization's strategic goals.

Topics covered in this 2-hour seminar include:

  • Minimizing Owner Risks
  • Employee Safety
  • OSHA
  • Environmental Property Hazards
  • Identifying Mold
  • Preparing for Natural Disasters

Who Should Attend? Anyone who works in property management or multifamily housing will benefit from this class - including leasing professionals, maintenance team, management, owners, supplier partners, and investors. This session is being offered at the St. Louis Apartment Association Office.
