Beagle is a full-stack, software-enabled insurance carrier built specifically for property management operators. We offer three core products: Tenant Liability Waiver (TLW), which covers the property against tenant-caused damage while letting residents opt into personal contents coverage; Security Deposit Alternative (SDA), which replaces traditional cash deposits with a low-cost monthly waiver to reduce move-in friction; and Rent Guarantee, which protects operators against lost rental income due to eviction.

As a direct carrier, Beagle shares in the underwriting upside with operators — returning 70–90% of underwriting profit back to them — so there's no incentive on our end to fight claims; we're aligned with keeping both residents and operators protected. Beagle works alongside an operator's current systems, so there's no operational lift required to bring Beagle onto a property.
