SLAA's 2026 Fall Expo & Multifamily Conference Brings the Industry Together!
The Saint Louis Apartment Association's 2026 Fall Expo & Multifamily Conference brought together multifamily professionals and industry partners on Wednesday, October 28, at the St. Charles Convention Center for a day of education, networking, and connection! Celebrating SLAA's 50th anniversary with a groovy 70s theme, this year's event delivered plenty of opportunities to learn, discover new products and services, strengthen professional relationships, and celebrate the people and businesses that make our industry thrive.
Attendees enjoyed three educational sessions featuring an outstanding lineup of speakers: Kara Rice with Swift Bunny, Mark Sharp with The Maintenance Academy, and Kristi Fickert with Kurie. From valuable industry insights to practical takeaways, the sessions offered attendees new ideas and perspectives to bring back to their teams and communities. The Expo floor was equally energetic, featuring 99 exhibitors and sponsors showcasing the products, services, and solutions that support the multifamily industry. With great conversations, networking opportunities, exciting giveaways, and plenty of 70s flair, the day was a wonderful celebration of our connected SLAA community.
We were also thrilled to have local favorite Todd Thomas, better known as 'That One Guy' from St. Louis Cardinals games, serving as our emcee! Todd brought his signature energy, humor, and personality to the day, keeping the excitement going and adding to the fun throughout the event.
SLAA extends a sincere thank-you to all of our speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, volunteers, and Fall Expo Committee members who helped make this year's event such a success. We are grateful for your continued support and commitment to our industry. Together, we continue to Connect. Collaborate. Grow.
