My background is built from the ground up. I started as an individual contributor, personally closing 8,000+ accounts and ranking #1 sales agent at Vivint, so I understand what it actually takes to win business and earn trust at the door and on the phone, not just in theory.
From there I scaled a revenue organization from $6.4M to $55.5M in three years (9x growth) while holding labor and overhead flat, leading 120+ sales professionals and owning full P&L. I built the systems, coaching frameworks, and comp design that made that growth repeatable. This is the same playbook that drives consistent occupancy, renewals, and ancillary revenue for a property management business.
