The Saint Louis Apartment Association is excited to unveil an enhanced experience for the 2026 Fall Expo & Seminar! This year's event has been re-imagined to deliver even greater value to attendees by combining expanded educational opportunities with the region's largest multifamily housing trade show.
For the first time, the Fall Expo will feature three separate educational sessions led by industry experts, offered at staggered times throughout the morning. This new conference-style format allows attendees to customize their experience while offering ample to visit the Expo Hall. In addition to learning from outstanding speakers, attendees can connect with more than 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest products, services, and solutions for the multifamily housing industry.
The excitement doesn't stop there! This year's Fall Expo will also feature complimentary professional headshots, an interactive Photo Challenge, The Party Inc. 360° Photo Booth, exhibitor giveaways, and even bigger cash prizes throughout the day. Todd Thomas, better known as "That One Guy" from St. Louis Cardinals games, will return as emcee to keep the energy high and the fun going all day long.
The Full Conference Registration is just $55 and includes admission to all three educational sessions and the Expo Hall. Guests who pre-register for the Full Conference will also be entered for a chance to win $250 cash. Admission to the Expo Hall only is FREE, although pre-registration is strongly encouraged to expedite badge pickup. All Expo attendees are required to wear an event badge for entry.
