Peggy Rygelski

Peggy Rygelski leads the Amenity Spaces practice at Modern Business Interiors (MBI). She brings more than 20 years of experience in the St. Louis contract furniture industry, with a strong background in multifamily and hospitality amenity spaces, including clubhouses, lounges, coworking areas, leasing offices, model units, pool decks and outdoor environments.
Peggy manages amenity projects from initial budgeting and product sourcing through procurement, installation and final punch, giving owners, developers, property managers and design teams a single point of accountability throughout the process. Her focus is combining the residential and hospitality aesthetic today’s communities want with the project management and execution required to deliver it successfully.
