JONES Cleaning and Remodeling Services, LLC. was established in May 2008. We began during the recession, specializing in acquiring foreclosed homes, servicing them from Trash Out to Market for Realtors. We quickly expanded our business to provide a more comprehensive list of services to better serve our market.

Well known as the Turnover Cleaning Specialists for clients such as Iowa State University (where we have been the Custodial Service vendor for over 12 years) and many Real Estate Management companies, we’re the go-to company for Unit Turnover Cleaning in central Iowa.

Our home office is in Ames, Iowa where we seasonally manage over 50 team members trained to complete projects with the highest standard of efficiency and excellence in the market. We have recently established the JONES Illinois Division, expanding to the St. Louis/Metro East area, and are excited about providing the same quality and reliable services to this region!
