Full Time Floating Maintenance Technician
Job Description
A well-established Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Technician for Aventura at Mid Rivers and Aventura at Richmond.
Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Timely completion of rent readies
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
- Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
Maintenance Technician qualifications:
- Previous multi-family maintenance experience
- Previous make ready and painting experience
- EPA Certification and CPO Certification is preferred
- Class A maintenance experience preferred
- Must be available to be on-call as required.
Requirements: Current and valid driver's license along with current auto insurance
