Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified)

SCHEDULE: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 4 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5 hours paid for call outs)

COMPENSATION: $19 - $21/HR DOE + On-Call and Quarterly Bonus + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus    

LOCATION:  Canyon Creek Apartments 4851 Lemay Ferry Rd, Mehlville, MO 63129


  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs 
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members


  • 1+ years’ experience in maintenance
  • HVAC Certification preferred
  • EPA License preferred
  • CPO Certification preferred
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
  • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
    and garbage disposal
  • Water heater knowledge both electric and gas


  • Industry competitive compensation ($19 - $21/HR DOE)
