Maxus Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Kings Landing, an upcoming takeover site in Creve Couer, Missouri. The expected takeover date is on or around August 12, 2024. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of our communities.

DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

  • Track and complete service requests on occupied and vacant apartments, office/clubhouse, and amenities.
  • Perform timely repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, etc.
  • Prepare apartments for tour/following residents move in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, and scheduling vendors where necessary.
  • Assist with semi-annual property inspections, fire safety, pest control, etc.
  • Assist with controlling and reporting stock and inventory.
  • Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (hammer, drill, saw, gauges, etc).
  • Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A current driver’s license is required
  • Takeover experience is ideal
  • One year of facility or property maintenance experience is required
  • HVAC certification is required as this position will rotate on call
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
