It takes better hiring, clear expectations, strong supervision, useful reporting, and communication that gives clients confidence instead of more work.

That is the standard we are building at GCI Security.

GCI was the first private security guard agency in the different taxing districts St. Louis, and we continue to serve businesses, multifamily communities, neighborhoods, schools, campuses, and other properties throughout the Greater St. Louis area. My focus is helping the company grow the right way, with stronger systems, better officers, clearer communication, and a leadership path that helps good security officers build real careers.
