Professional Bio
Carl Hanly is a Regional Manager with KeyTrak, Inc., where he has worked for 26 years. He manages multifamily, commercial and government sales for KeyTrak’s western US region. He has been a member of the SLAA since 2003 and attended many events.
Beginning in 2008, Carl has been active with the National Apartment Association (NAA) representing Region V. He has served on the Apartmentalize, Privatized Military Housing, Global Outreach and Technology committees. He is active on the National Suppliers Council (NSC), and has served as our NAA Region V Liaison to the NSC. He has received his Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designation, and completed the NAA Leadership Lyceum course.
He has worked on SLAA Community Awareness Committee since 2021 and was elected to the Product and Services Council in 2023.
