Volunteer Spotlight: Mary Caitlyn Stern, Sherwin-Williams
Mary Caitlyn Stern serves as a Property Maintenance Representative with Sherwin-Williams and is celebrating five years with the company this year. For the past three years, she has specialized in serving the multifamily housing industry, partnering with apartment communities to provide product recommendations, color selections, and maintenance solutions that help keep properties looking their best. After beginning her multifamily career supporting communities on the Illinois side of the St. Louis market, Mary Caitlyn recently transitioned to Missouri, where she is excited to build new relationships and continue serving the region's rental housing industry.
A dedicated volunteer, Mary Caitlyn is an active member of SLAA's Membership Committee, where she serves as an ambassador, helping welcome new members and foster meaningful connections throughout the Association. She also recently joined the SLAA Membership Committee on a visit to Southeast Missouri, meeting with current and prospective members as the Association continues expanding its presence in this growing market.
Known for her positive attitude and passion for helping others, Mary Caitlyn enjoys being a trusted resource to the communities she serves. She believes that some of the greatest opportunities come from building strong relationships and investing in the people around you. Whether she's assisting a property with a maintenance challenge, volunteering at an SLAA event, or connecting with industry professionals, she is committed to making a positive impact on the multifamily community.
Outside of work, Mary Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, creating memories with the people who matter most. Her enthusiasm for service, collaboration, and community makes her a valued volunteer and an outstanding ambassador for both Sherwin-Williams and the St. Louis Apartment Association.
