SLAA 2025 Fall Expo & Seminar – A Day of Connection, Education, and Celebration
The St. Louis Apartment Association (SLAA) hosted another successful Fall Expo & Seminar on Thursday, October 16, 2025, bringing together hundreds of multifamily housing professionals, supplier partners, and industry leaders for an exciting day of learning, networking, and fun.
This year’s event featured two dynamic seminar speakers who shared valuable insights and strategies to help professionals thrive in today’s ever-changing rental housing market. Following the seminars, attendees enjoyed exploring the trade show floor with more than 90 exhibitors, each showcasing innovative products and services that support the multifamily industry.
In addition to the educational and networking opportunities, this year’s Expo offered a variety of interactive experiences — including a 360° photo booth, live caricature artist, and cash prize giveaways throughout the day. The energy and enthusiasm from exhibitors and attendees alike made SLAA's 2025 Fall Expo one of our most engaging events yet!
