Maintenance Technician - Central West End

Description:

Local management company is looking for a maintenance Technician for our CWE location. This community has 99 units and is located in St Louis on Lindell Blvd. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance and other duties to maintain the property.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of general maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, college-level/trade school would be helpful.
• Driver's License required References required.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and other community maintenance
• Strive to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times, Look for needed maintenance and liability hazards and report them to Manager' Prepare vacant apartments for move in Rental
• Review the make-ready requests and follow through on direction from the manager to determine action to be taken on vacant apartments
• Make all repairs and replacements necessary for the apartment to be occupied. Needs to understand how Hi-Rise buildings function which includes, plumbing etc.
