Description:

Local management company is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician with strong skillset in plumbing and HVAC. 95-unit apartment building in the CWE. Includes furnished studio apartment. Car required and underground parking spot included. 

Perks:

• Competitive pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour 
• Studio apartment with underground parking included in compensation package
• Paid time off and paid holidays

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of general maintenance experience
• Strong skillset in plumbing and HVAC
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, college-level/trade school would be helpful
• Driver's license and transportation required 
• References required
