We seek a Leasing Consultant with strength and expertise in leasing & marketing, operations, positive resident relations, and employee development. As an on-site leader, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset's policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

What you'll do:
- Strategic Leasing Management - Implement leasing techniques and ensure customer & resident satisfaction.
- Marketing Management - Develop and implement marketing plan and outreach efforts and execute leasing & renewal events.
- Personnel Management - Ensure to recruit, train and develop top talent in the industry.
- Administrative & Maintenance Management - Obtain the community's curb appeal along with vendor relations, emergency protocols, and daily tasks.
What you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year of experience in the housing industry; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
