Fall Expo & Seminar Highlights & Thank You!

The St. Louis Apartment Association held their Annual Fall Expo & Seminar on Tuesday, October 24^th  at the St. Charles Convention Center. 

SLAA’s Annual Fall Expo is the “go to” industry event for polishing your skills, finding property solutions, and building your professional network. We are extremely pleased that this year’s event attracted nearly 500 multifamily industry professionals, as well as 92 exhibiting companies who showcased their latest state-of-the-art products and services available in our industry.  Trade shows are all about relationship building and brand awareness.  By all indications, this year’s SLAA Fall Expo hit a home run!   

The day began with a presentation by the Apartment All Stars from 11:30 – 2:30, which attracted nearly 200 multifamily professionals.   We hope everyone who attended the presentation found it re-energizing!  Most importantly, we hope the presentation offered tools that will help you to be even more successful in your career!       

The trade show floor was open from 2 – 5:00 pm.  Our exhibitors invested so much time and are incredibly generous.  Attendees went home with items such as cash in their pocket, gift cards to restaurants or stores, sport tickets, lottery tickets, furniture, designer purses, and much, much more!  SLAA also gave away cash prizes every half hour, and the winners were thrilled!  Thank you all very much for all you did to make this event simply fabulous! 

As with any event of this magnitude, the committee, volunteers, and staff work so hard to make it all happen. Lastly, our after-party took place at Bar Louie at the Streets of St. Charles (just across the street from the Convention Center).  It was the perfect place to kick back at the end of the day.  Our members were able to relax and enjoy the remainder of the evening with our SLAA friends.
