What You’ll Do

• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry & painting
• Keep properties clean, safe & functional
• Turn apartments quickly & efficiently
• Be part of the on-call rotation for emergencies
• Work with a supportive team to solve problems fast

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance, construction, or property work
• Residential painting & plumbing skills required
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic & problem-solving mindset
