Sponsorship and ticket sales are officially open for the 2025 Rising Star Awards Banquet, one of the most anticipated events of the year for the St. Louis Apartment Association! This year’s celebration is especially exciting as we kick off SLAA’s 50th Anniversary in 2026. We have some fun and memorable things planned to mark this milestone.
The Rising Star Awards Banquet will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026, at The Factory. In honor of SLAA being chartered in 1976, the evening will feature a 1970s-themed celebration, so get ready for a night of recognition, nostalgia, and disco-inspired fun.
You won't want to miss this premier event of the year. With the new venue comes new opportunities for celebrating SLAA members, nominees, and colleagues. Walk the red carpet like a celebrity and pose for photographers. Take your photo in the 360° photo booth. Enjoy a "signature cocktail" or other beverages at one of the 5 bars located throughout the venue. And much more!

Registration for individual tickets for the awards banquet is NOW OPEN! Tickets include catered dinner, hosted bar, photos opps, and awards banquet. Tables will seat 10 people at each. Seating will be assigned. Your table number will be on your name tag when you check-in at the venue.
DRESS CODE: Semi-formal / cocktail apparel is appropriate. To help celebrate SLAA's 50th Anniversary, 70's attire is encouraged.

Invoicing:
Nomination fees will be invoiced from the SLAA office and will be emailed to the person who submits the nomination. All fees must be paid by Friday, February 13, 2026. If your nominations have not been paid by this date, they may not be included for judging.
Due to printing and signage lead times, all invoices for sponsorship must be paid in full no later than April 24, 2026. Any invoices NOT paid in full by April 24, 2026 could cause your company to be excluded from promotional materials.
St. Louis Apartment Association Event Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change; however, due to the commitments we must make with vendors and venues, the following cancellation and no-show policies apply to all of our events:
- Cancellation After Deadline:
Cancellations made after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Once the deadline has passed, we are unable to accommodate refunds or event credits, as event logistics will have already been finalized. - No-Show Policy:
If a registered participant does not attend the event ("no-show"), they will still be responsible for the full cost of the event. No-shows will be invoiced for the full amount of their registration, as their space has been reserved and event expenses incurred. - Events Including Meals:
For events where meals are provided, registrants who cancel after the deadline or do not attend will still be charged the full ticket price, including the cost of the meal. This ensures that costs associated with pre-ordered meals are covered. - Substitutions:
If you or one of your employees is unable to attend the Rising Star Awards Banquet, you may send someone in your place. Please notify the SLAA Office of any substitutions prior to the event date.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation and no-show policy ensure the success of our events and helps us manage costs efficiently for all attendees.
SLAA's Photo Release Policy
By registering and entering this event, you are authorizing the St. Louis Apartment Association to reproduce, copyright, use, publish, and/or display, now and hereafter, your personal image, name, likeness, photograph(s), testimonial for any legitimate association purpose for print/electronic usage.
