This is an in-person learning day!

AM class (8:30 am - 11:30 am) will focus on HOTMA:

  • HOTMA overview and the final rule
  • Program eligibility changes
  • Income and assets inclusions/exclusions
  • Applicable inflationary adjustments

PM class (1:00 pm - 4:00 pm) will focus on:

  • Essentials of LIHTC
  • Qualifying households 
  • Steps necessary for completing a certification, including determining household size, student status, etc.
  • Important requirements for both new tenant applications and recertifications.

Cost is $50 per class or $90 for both (a savings of $10) for members.

SLAA's Event Cancellation Policy

  1. Deadline to register for events is 10 days prior, unless otherwise noted.  After the deadline date, refunds are not available for any event.
  2. Cancellations must be received by the deadline date, otherwise payment will be expected.
  3. No-shows the day of the seminar will be expected to pay the total fee.
