Fundamentals of Fair Housing (AM)

What you don’t know can hurt…

Learn what you need to know to be Fair Housing Compliant.

Discrimination lawsuits are common therefore it’s important that you know the federal regulations of the Fair Housing Act to make sure you are never involved in one. The seminar will focus on the application of current Fair Housing guidance and suggested strategies for treating everyone fairly and consistently for effective compliance.

This course is essential for those who are seasoned or new to the housing industry. Attendees will receive a course manual and an electronic copy of their certificate of attendance for three hours of continuing education credits.

You will receive a link with log-in instructions and your manual one week prior to the class.

Fundamentals of Advanced Fair Housing (PM)

Join Zeffert & Associates Trainer, Natalie Meador, as she dives deeper into the seven protected characteristics. She will explain real life scenarios that have violated each protected characteristic and their outcome. She will then pivot to the complaint process of Fair Housing violations and how they should be handled. This will include a breakdown of who can file the complaint against whom, where and what information may be needed to file a Fair Housing complaint, and what we may risk losing if we have a Fair Housing complaint issued against our community.
