2025 Bowling Social
Gather your crew for a fun evening of food, bowling, and networking! What a great way to show appreciation for your co-workers and make some new connections, too. Be sure to start planning your company t-shirt design for the annual contest. The winner will be selected by a count of ballots and will receive a gift card (and bragging rights).
Please make sure to read the event details carefully below.
When: Thursday, August 14, 2025
Where: Bowlero located at 1254 Dougherty Ferry Road (Valley Park, MO 63088)
Time: Registration opens at 6:00pm. Bowling from 6:30 – 9:30pm. Pizza served from 6:30-8pm.
General Lane: $225 per lane
- 6 bowlers per lane
- Open bowling for 3 hours
- Shoe rental
- Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza for your team
- Unlimited soft drinks
- Complimentary gift for each bowler
VIP Lane: $250 per lane
- Includes everything under General Lane, however you are centered in the middle of the bowling alley, closer to restaurant and bar!
Sponsorship: $550 (limited to 8 sponsors)
- Includes 1 General Lane (6 Bowlers, 3 hours of bowling, shoe rental, unlimited soft drinks, and pizza)
- Recognition at the event
- Recognition on all marketing materials (emails, website, and social media)
- Individual Social Media highlight for your company
Non-Bowler - $50 (Limited number of tickets available)
- Includes pizza, soft drinks, complimentary gift, and unlimited networking
Additional Event Details:
- Pizza will be served from 6:30 - 8:00
- Cash bar available for beverages
- Snack bar will be available for additional food purchases

One ballot per lane will be given out. The committee will calculate the results to determine the winner.

St. Louis Apartment Association Event Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change; however, due to the commitments we must make with vendors and venues, the following cancellation and no-show policies apply to all of our events:
- Cancellation After Deadline:
The deadline to register for events is 10 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise noted. Cancellations made after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Once the deadline has passed, we are unable to accommodate refunds or event credits, as event logistics will have already been finalized. - No-Show Policy:
If a registered participant does not attend the event ("no-show"), they will still be responsible for the full cost of the event. No-shows will be invoiced for the full amount of their registration, as their space has been reserved and event expenses incurred. - Events Including Meals:
For events where meals are provided, registrants who cancel after the deadline or do not attend will still be charged the full ticket price, including the cost of the meal. This ensures that costs associated with pre-ordered meals are covered. - Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend an event, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us of any substitutions prior to the event date.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation and no-show policy ensure the success of our events and helps us manage costs efficiently for all attendees.

By registering and entering this event, you are authorizing the St. Louis Apartment Association to reproduce, copyright, use, publish, and/or display, now and hereafter, your personal image, name, likeness, photograph(s), testimonial for any legitimate association purpose for print/electronic usage.
