Event Details

Grab your clubs and colleagues for a day of fun at the 2025 SLAA Golf Classic @ Tapawingo National Golf Club on Wednesday, September 10th

Schedule:

  • Registration Begins at 9:00am  
  • Shot Gun Start at 10:00am
  • Awards Dinner Begins at Approximately 4:00pm

Reminders:

  • All players must wear appropriate golf attire – collared shirts, shorts, or slacks, denim is not allowed.
  • Registration fee includes all event activities and a golfer gift.
  • Each team will participate in the skins and receive four (4) (on your honor) mulligans. 
  • Light breakfast and coffee station will be available when you arrive.
  • Box lunches will be distributed at registration for you to take with you.   

Prizes Awarded for the Following:

  • Top 3 teams (one winner from each course)
  • Longest drive (one winner from each course)
  • Closest to pin (one winner from each course)
  • Skins winning team
  • Other fun contests throughout the day

Networking Hole Sponsors You can arrive any time after 8:00 am.  Come straight to the registration area (ask for Alisa) to pick up your cart and key, load up and setup your area on the course.  Networking hole sponsors need to have their respective area set up no later than 10:00 am.  You must bring everything you need to have a fun day, (tent, tables, chairs, food/beverages, etc.) 

Courtesy Cart Sponsors – You can arrive any time after 8:00 am.  Please come to the registration desk and see Alisa.   The committee will have your carts ready to roll by 10:00.  As soon as the golfers leave the registration area, courtesy cart sponsors will start visiting the courses.  The cart will include a cooler of soda and water (no alcohol is allowed on your cart), cigars, and plenty of snacks.  Please feel free to bring along company marketing items to distribute to the attendees. 

Sponsorship Opportunities - We could not do it without your generous sponsors! Get your company name in front of attendees at the Golf Classic and be recognized as a supporter of SLAA. RAFFLE - Back this year, the Saint Louis Apartment Association will be raising funds for both Responder Rescue and NAAPAC.  Responder Rescue's mission is to provide assistance; emotional, tangible or monetary, to any area first responders, who have been injured, become ill or suffered a traumatic situation after all other resources have been exhausted. For more information, please visit their website.  You will be able to add a donation at the time of registration or make a donation during the event. 

NAAPAC is the bipartisan political action committee that supports congressional candidates who represent good government and understand the needs and concerns of the apartment housing industry.

SLAA will sell raffle tickets at the registration table and throughout the event.

St. Louis Apartment Association Event Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change; however, due to the commitments we must make with vendors and venues, the following cancellation and no-show policies apply to all of our events:

  1. Cancellation After Deadline:
    The deadline to register for events is 10 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise noted.  Cancellations made after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Once the deadline has passed, we are unable to accommodate refunds or event credits, as event logistics will have already been finalized.
  2. No-Show Policy:
    If a registered participant does not attend the event ("no-show"), they will still be responsible for the full cost of the event. No-shows will be invoiced for the full amount of their registration, as their space has been reserved and event expenses incurred.
  3. Events Including Meals:
    For events where meals are provided, registrants who cancel after the deadline or do not attend will still be charged the full ticket price, including the cost of the meal. This ensures that costs associated with pre-ordered meals are covered.
  4. Substitutions:
    If you are unable to attend an event, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us of any substitutions prior to the event date.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation and no-show policy ensure the success of our events and helps us manage costs efficiently for all attendees.

By registering and entering this event, you are authorizing the St. Louis Apartment Association to reproduce, copyright, use, publish, and/or display, now and hereafter, your personal image, name, likeness, photograph(s), testimonial for any legitimate association purpose for print/electronic usage.
