Porter/Make-Ready - Catalyst Property Solutions

The Porter/Make Ready Person is to maintain the appearance of the apartment community common areas and grounds in a clean and orderly condition. The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Duties Include but not Limited to:

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Removes trash from office areas and apartment community.
• Prepares property trash for pick-up.
• Assists in the preparation of market ready units, to include removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Performs assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists in the cleaning of available apartments and/or models.
• Assists in the troubleshooting of repairs.
• Reports any maintenance concerns.
• Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
• Represents the community in a professional manner.
• Delivers communication documentation to residents.
• Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected immediately.
• Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
