With your membership in the St. Louis Apartment Association (SLAA), you have many benefits available to you. When you join SLAA, you also become a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) www.naahq.org and the Missouri Apartment Association (MAA) missouriapartmentassociation.com.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Owner Management Company
Membership is open to companies that own and/or manage properties within the multi-family housing industry.
Owner/Management membership dues include a management company administrative fee of $200.00, plus $2.15 per unit for every unit the company owns or fee manages in the St. Louis Metro area.
Please note: Apartment owners and management companies must list all properties, as well as unit counts for each, that are operated in the St. Louis area or other counties governed by this association. Please see the community option below to add a new community to your portfolio. Thank you!
Community
This is for current owner/manager members who would like to add a new community not currently listed with SLAA to their portfolio.

Supplier Partner
Membership is open to companies that would provide a product or service to the multifamily industry. The cost is $425.00 per year.
Upon renewal, Supplier Partners will be invoiced on their anniversary date.
Sustaining Member
This membership is for any individual who is NOT affiliated as or with an owner or supplier partner but would like to receive partial member benefits.
