IMMEDIATE HIRE – PAINTER (APARTMENT COMMUNITY)

** WHAT WE NEED **

• Must be experienced with brush, roll, and spray type of painting techniques (6+ months minimum required)
• Dry walling experience
• General carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

** WHAT YOU NEED **

• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Prepares surfaces for Painting/Staining
• Drywall repair & texture
• Light carpentry
• Caulking, replacing fixtures or outlet covers, adding trim for aesthetic purposes
• Responsible for keeping Painting/Staining supply inventory as well as paint inventory for the property
• May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
