** IMMEDIATE HIRE – APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS **

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a well-qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Nantucket Gardens in St. Louis (63135), MO.

We are offering a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus to join our amazing team!

This is a hands-on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarchs established standards.

What We Need:

  • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review
  • Manage a preventative maintenance program
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
  • Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs
  • Assist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering 3 bids for projects


What You Need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
  • 1+ years in multi-family housing preferred
  • Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
  • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
  • CPO preferred but not required
  • HVAC Certification and EPA License required
  • A valid Driver's License is required
