We are actively interviewing entry-level to well-qualified maintenance professionals to join our team in North County, Saint Louis.  If you have your sights set on a tech or supervisor position – We have it all.

Current Available Opportunity:

  • River Chase – 418 Units located in Florissant: Supervisor & Technician
  • Paddock Village – 155 Units located in Florissant: Supervisor
  • Sugar Pines – 280 Units located in Florissant: Technician
  • Westport Station – 264 Units located in Maryland Heights: Technician
  • Victorian Village – 210 Units located in St. Louis: Technician

What We Offer: 

  • Industry competitive compensation: $14 - $28/HR depending on role
  • $500.00 - $1,500 Sign-On Bonus – Paid out, in full upon completion of 90 day probation (depending on role referred)

What You Need (depending on position):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC Certification & EPA License is strongly preferred
  • Previous multi-family maintenance experience preferred
  • Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry
  • Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
  • General knowledge of daily maintenance grounds keeping/landscaping
