The new smoke free apartment complex, The Vue at Creve Coeur apartments is hiring for a maintenance lead technician at our beautiful property located in Creve Coeur MO. We're looking for a talented individual who have a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our Residents! Maintenance Technicians perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment community in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined by Terra West.
$500.00 SIGN ON INCENTIVE!!
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1 to 3 years of verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, light painting and HVAC is preferred. Proficiency in at least one major area is ideal.
**EPA certification is preferred for Technicians.
CPO certification preferred. Not required
Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors are on a rotating on-call schedule approximately every 6 weeks with an on-call bonus structure.

-Completing service tickets
-Light Carpentry Skills
-Light Electrical Skills
-Make Readies
-Community inspections
-Preventative maintenance
-Pool maintenance
-Working with Vendors
-Ordering Supplies
-Installing appliances
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
