Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Ability to work consistent schedule, 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday
- Ability to respond to all after hours emergency calls for 1 week, every 3rd week
- HVAC Certification with previous hands-on experience REQUIRED
- EPA License REQUIRED
- CPO Certification preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- 1+ Years experience in a building or apartment maintenance environment
- Ability to resolve resident concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork by assisting co-workers
- Must have positive attitude, and self-motivate
- Comfortable working alone or as a team
