Full-Time (Permanent) Groundskeeper is needed to immediately join our team at Greenmar Apartments a 370-unit property located in Fenton, MO. If you have a “Green Thumb”, as they say in the landscaping world, while maintaining the beauty of the property’s appearance, we want to talk to you.

Overview: The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (curb appeal). Duties include, but are not limited to maintaining the lawns, driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, interior and exterior hallways, or any other public areas as well as maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.

** REQUIREMENTS **
- General knowledge of daily maintenance grounds keeping/landscaping
- Ability to safely operate equipment
- General irrigation knowledge is preferred but not required
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
** RESPONSIBLITIES **
- Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas to include but not limited to dumpster areas, driveways, parking lots, curbs, exterior hallways, playgrounds, sport courts
- Performs lawn mowing, trimming, edging
- Spring and fall clean-up
- Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming
- Irrigation monitoring, clock setting, repair and maintenance
- Snow removal
- Pool maintenance
- Issues pet violation notices in accordance with MIMG policy
