Assistant Community Manager - Avenue 64
Avenue 64, located in O'Fallon, MO, is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager for its newly constructed, luxury, Class A, lease-up property. In this position, you will help to lead and manage daily tasks and coordinate to assist with reports, paperwork and moving in new residents, as well as rent collections. In the absence of the Property Manager, you may assist in management responsibilities. You will also play an integral role in helping to lead the lease-up and stabilization of the property.
Sales, leasing, and marketing ability.
Must be able to tour the community, including climbing stairs on a regular basis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and in cases of emergency.
Stress tolerance in a fast-paced environment.
College diploma preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property or business management.
Valid driver’s license required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Yardi experience preferred.

Performing this job will sometimes require the employee to walk work sites that do not have infrastructure, this includes walking on uneven surfaces, through mud, through ruts, etc. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
