Account Manager/Client Relations Representative - Watchtower Security

Summary of Position:

We are a fast-paced, growing organization looking for a qualified individual to act as a liaison, provide
services and product information, and resolve any emerging problems with our clients. Interaction from
multiple sources and job tasks involves heavy customer retention initiatives as well as support for our local
and national sales teams. This enthusiastic candidate must have a strong independent work ethic and have
great customer service representation. This position will be based out of our St. Louis office and will require
travel to designated client sites.


Director of Customer Relations

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and foster relationships at property and regional level
• Perform training to new and existing clients on our WTS Portal
• Propose and lead renewal packages with clients
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by assisting with speed and professionalism
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot client problems
• Ideas and implementation of any information that would aid the company (sales and marketing),
as well as everything related to the overall client experience

Industry Representation & Travel Requirements

• Travel to trade shows
• Participation in industry specific special events—local and remote.
• Apartment Association events—membership/participation will be required
• Demonstration of product/service to potential clients.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service
• Proven above average written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills are required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt and be conducive to making a team successful
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of cameras and node connection is a plus
• Ability to travel to other markets
