Our St. Louis location is currently searching for an outstanding candidate to fill our Account Manager position.  Our Account Managers are responsible for:

  • Cultivating business and building relationships with customers
  • Developing detailed knowledge of apartment communities
  • Understanding national and local competitors
  • Using a variety of sales techniques to negotiate, persuade and handle objections
  • Attending industry functions, including trade shows, conferences, and Chamber events
  • Completing reports to track sales activity on a weekly basis
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.  Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 2 years' successful experience in a sales/marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated networking ability and desire to be out in the community meeting new people each day 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
